Fundamentals of SomaVeda® Thai Yoga sets the student up to practice a full one-hour session. Including all five attitudes (supine position, side-lying, prone, second supine and seated). Students will learn how to elegantly weave all five attitudes together in a dance of healing movement for both the giver and receiver.

Using martial arts and yogic principals as the foundation for movements and transitions from each posture to the next. This intensive training and certification strongly focuses on body mechanics to practice in a mindful and sustainable way. We will be using our feet, fingers, palms, knees, forearms, and elbows as tools to apply pressure and restore consciousness to the body. As well as learning to move our bodies in an elegant, gentle yet powerful ways. This work truly brings fundamental elements and energy into harmony and creates wholeness of mind, body and spirit not only for the receiver but YOU as the giver as well.
